"The single origin robusta completely changed my view on what coffee could be. Smooth, bold, and without the harshness I expected. Absolutely incredible."
Redefining Indian Robusta
Carefully Grown, Natively Fermented & Roasted at Origin
Vana Brew Coffee is nestled in the Western Ghats of Karnataka, India. For over 75 years, four generations of our family have carefully cultivated this land. Today, we are a vertically integrated coffee company that grows, processes, and roasts our own premium robusta coffee - the farmer and the roaster at the same table.
COFFEE WITHOUT THE MIDDLEMAN
Family owned and vertically integrated
Our unique altitude, terroir, and our high-quality cultural practices shape the flavor of every bean. Starting from seedlings and continuing through cultivation, selective picking and post-harvest processing, our success in managing the entire coffee production chain from farm to cup is proven by our consistently high quality coffee.
Rich and full-bodied, our coffee offers a smooth, rounded cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. Fermentation with microbes native to our plantation softens acidity and enhances mouthfeel, an everyday favorite whether you're hard at work or unwinding at home.
We're on a mission to elevate Indian Robusta through intentional cultivation, precision processing, and farm-cultured fermentations that reveal the coffee's true character, origin, and potential.
At Vana Brew, everything that makes our coffee unique is natively produced, including the cultures that go into our ferments.. Combined with carefully engineered post-harvest processing and generations of plantation knowledge, this approach allows us to produce coffees that are exceptionally clean, consistent, and expressive of their origin.
Every lot is crafted to reflect not only the coffee variety, but also the environment, people, and intent behind it.
